How much does Cre8ive Staff cost? We charge an all-inclusive hourly bill rate based on the fair market pay rate we need to
pay the candidate to get you the quality you deserve. You'll find that our margins are
significantly lower than our competitors. Call us and compare!
What is your process? Cre8ive Staff has heavily invested in our extensive Recruiting team. We have the search power through
our skilled people to get you the people you need fast. We also employ a highly trained
manager's eyes on each candidate for approval before you even see them to minimize the
time you spend reviewing resumes.
Can I handle my Payrolling needs through Cre8ive Staff? Yes, we are happy to payroll candidates that you refer to us for
a 25% mark-up above the hourly pay rate.
What if I want to hire someone I've been using on a freelance basis through Cre8ive Staff? We have you covered here as well.
Cre8ive Staff is happy to hear that our great candidates are receiving a full-time job
offer. There is a sliding scale of the percentage of salary that reduces to 0% after
180 days. Contact us for the schedule.
Does Cre8ive Staff handle full-time hiring needs? Absolutely! We place candidates full-time for the reasonable fee of 20%
of the first years salary and offer a 45 day guarantee.
